Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to get your order to you! At Out of the Box Fashion, we know fast, reliable shipping is part of the full experience — because when the look hits, it needs to arrive just right.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Sale items may take up to 3–7 business days to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your fashion all the way to your front door.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS for all domestic orders. USPS delivers packages Monday through Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) and Saturday (9 AM – 2 PM) for residential addresses.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00

  • 2nd Day Shipping: $25 flat rate

  • Overnight Shipping: $35 flat rate

  • FREE Shipping: on U.S. orders of $75 or more

We currently ship within the United States only — but international shipping is on our radar, so stay tuned!

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited/Overnight options: available at checkout

  • Pre-order or custom items: May take longer; delivery times will be noted on the product page

Please allow additional time for credit card authorization, address verification, and order processing — especially during promotional or holiday periods.

Holiday & High-Volume Shipping Periods

During peak seasons (like holidays), USPS and other carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid any disruptions.

Pro tip: Order early, especially during holiday sales and major events, to make sure your package arrives right on time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, Out of the Box Fashion is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by USPS or other carriers.
