When will my order ship?
We process orders in 1–3 business days. Once it ships, you’ll get tracking info straight to your inbox.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days after processing. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or high-volume periods.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Hapeville, GA. You'll be notified when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 hours.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. Stay tuned for international shipping!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.
Which items are final sale?
Some items can’t be returned — these include:
Sale or discounted items
Accessories (jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.)
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
White or light-colored items
Gift Cards
How do I start a return?

Styling Services
Can I book a personal styling appointment?
Yes you can! You can book a one-on-one session with our founder, Quintan Johnson, either virtually or in-person at the boutique. Reach out to schedule your session.
Can I get styling help before I buy?
Of course. We’re here to help you look and feel amazing. If you want suggestions or styling ideas, chat with us or stop by the shop.
Products & Pre-Orders
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Certain exclusive pieces are available for pre-order. You’ll see estimated ship dates on the product page. Pre-orders are paid upfront and ship as soon as they arrive.
Will you restock sold-out items?
We often do for fan favorites! Click the “notify me” button on any sold-out item to get an alert if it comes back.
What size should I order?
Check the size guide on each product page — we include fit notes to help you decide. Still unsure? Hit us up for personalized guidance.
General Questions
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update it — just message us ASAP. Once it’s out the door, changes may not be possible.
