- Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY.
- ALL SALE ITEMS; INCLUDING BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY/WEEK, ACCESSORIES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return shipping label. Provide your name, order number and reason for exchange/return
- If merchandise is received after the 5 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
- OTBFASHIONS reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice. OTBFASHIONS reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer.

PLEASE NOTE: OTBFashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
