Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY
• ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE
• Return packages must be received within 7 business days after the date you received your package.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.
• OTBFashions reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping

• A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise
• Items received without a Return Confirmation Number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
• If merchandise is received after the 7 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit
• Shipping cost is not refundable.
• All shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package invoice.
• OTBFashions reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer

PLEASE NOTE: OTBFashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
