Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love everything you order from Out of the Box Fashion! But just in case something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any damage. Returned with original tags still attached.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund in the next 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

Due to fast-moving inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all sale or discounted items, accessories (including jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.), bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, white or light-colored pieces, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return here with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for mailing your item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
