Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
We aim to process all orders within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. During high-volume seasons or holidays, delivery may take a bit longer.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Hapeville, Georgia. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but is in our future plans.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship most orders through USPS.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To begin a return, email us at info@otbfashions.shop.

Which items are final sale?
All sale or discounted items, accessories such as jewelry, handbags, and hats, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, white or light-colored pieces, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, you may exchange an item for a different size if it is still in stock and the item meets our return guidelines.


Products & Sizing

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some of our best-selling items may be restocked based on demand. You can click the “Notify Me” option on the product page to receive an alert if the item becomes available again.

Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Select items are available for pre-order and will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Pre-orders are paid for upfront and ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide and fit notes to help you decide. If you’re still unsure, you can email us or use our website chat feature for personalized sizing support.


Styling Services

Can I book a personal styling session?
Yes. One-on-one styling sessions with our founder, Quintan Johnson, are available virtually or in-person at our boutique. To schedule an appointment, email us at info@otbfashions.shop.

Can I get help styling a look before I make a purchase?
Absolutely. We’re happy to help you put together outfits or recommend pieces. Just reach out through our contact form or send us a message online.


Payment & Checkout

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can split your payment into installments at checkout using Shop Pay, Afterpay, or Klarna, depending on which option works best for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please email us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
