Returns & Exchanges
We hope you absolutely love everything you order from Out of the Box Fashion! But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges to keep things smooth and simple.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

With all original tags attached
Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Please note: We do not offer refunds — returns are eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges
Due to fast-moving inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.
Non-Returnable Items
All sale and discounted items, accessories (jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.), bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, gift cards, and white/light-colored pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Submit your return request here with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
If approved, we’ll email you the return instructions.
